It's great to see Kanban explained in one concise coherent document. It's good to see the Kanban values got prominence and the principles have been tuned. I love the agendas, the new generally accepted roles, and the bent towards probabilistic forecasting, notwithstanding Black Swan thinking from Nassim Taleb. I highly recommend this. I am hoping that Kanban implementations will have less drag now that this book is published. Easily digestible in one sitting.

An excellent guide to The Kanban Method whether you are totally new to the principles and curious or if you've dipped a toe and want to brush up. This guide will give the grounding to take your first, second or third steps using the Kanban method with confidence not matter what industry you are in.
